Performing oneself on stage is an act of courage, never without consequence.

In this work, Martini places the relationship between the body and the audience’s gaze at the center, exposing the shifting power between viewer and viewed. Through humor, play-fulness and uncompromising performative presence, the dancers lay themselves bare, allowing their vulnerable humanity to emerge.
